Login to WHMCS Admin Area
- Open your web browser and go to yourclients area at https://clients.maxapex.com/
- Enter your username and password, then click the "Login" button.
Locate the Service to be Upgraded
- In the profile, navigate to the Services
- Find the service you want to upgrade.
- Click on the service name to view its details.
Click on the service you want to upgrade.
Initiate the Upgrade
- In the service details page, look for the Upgrade/Downgradebutton and click it.
- This will take you to the upgrade/downgrade options page.
Select the New Service or Package
- You will see a list of available upgrade and downgrade options.
- Select the desired new service or package from the list.
- Review the pricing details for the upgrade.
Review and Confirm the Upgrade Order
- WHMCS will calculate any pro-rata charges or credits based on the remaining time of the current service period.
- Review the upgrade order details carefully.
- Click on the Continuebutton to proceed for the payment.
