Upgrading Your Plan

Login to WHMCS Admin Area

  • Open your web browser and go to yourclients area at https://clients.maxapex.com/ 
  • Enter your username and password, then click the "Login" button.

Locate the Service to be Upgraded

  • In the profile, navigate to the Services
  • Find the service you want to upgrade.
  • Click on the service name to view its details.

 

Click on the service you want to upgrade.

Initiate the Upgrade

  • In the service details page, look for the Upgrade/Downgradebutton and click it.
  • This will take you to the upgrade/downgrade options page.

 

Select the New Service or Package

  • You will see a list of available upgrade and downgrade options.
  • Select the desired new service or package from the list.
  • Review the pricing details for the upgrade.

 

Review and Confirm the Upgrade Order

  • WHMCS will calculate any pro-rata charges or credits based on the remaining time of the current service period.
  • Review the upgrade order details carefully.
  • Click on the Continuebutton to proceed for the payment.
