MaxAPEX Cloud – Data Retention Policy
Purpose
This Data Retention Policy outlines how MaxAPEX Cloud handles customer data during service cancellation, termination, deletion requests, and potential recovery scenarios.
Data Processing on Cancellation
2.1 Immediate Cancellation
If a customer requests immediate cancellation, all associated data and applications may begin immediately after the cancellation request is confirmed.
2.2 End of Billing Cycle Cancellation
If cancellation is requested at the end of the billing cycle, customer data will remain active until the billing cycle expires.
After the billing cycle ends, data will be Delete.
Account Termination
Once an account is terminated, all associated data will be permanently lost.
MaxAPEX Cloud does not guarantee data retention after account termination.
Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data prior to termination.
Data Recovery or Archiving
Some data from Shared Hosting and DedicatedDB(DDB) accounts may be archived.
Archived data may be recoverable, either fully or partially.
No guarantee is provided for:
Data availability
Data completeness
Data integrity during recovery
MaxAPEX Cloud does not assume responsibility for archived data outcomes.
Request for Data Deletion
Customers may request complete data deletion via the MaxAPEX Cloud ticketing system.
Upon confirmation, MaxAPEX Cloud will:
Process the deletion request
Permanently delete customer data from active systems
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Maintaining backups
Exporting data before cancellation or termination
MaxAPEX Cloud is not liable for data loss resulting from:
Cancellation
Termination
Deletion requests
