Currently, you are using the shared Jasper server, which is accessed by multiple clients. As a result, if other users put a load on the server, performance can slow down. We have restarted the services, and there is currently no load on the server.
If you wish, we can install the Jasper Integration Kit on your own server, allowing you to manage your reports directly without relying on the shared server. This may have a slight impact on your server’s performance, but it will resolve the Jasper-related issues.
To proceed with the installation, please provide the schema name and PDB name on which you would like us to install the Jasper Integration Kit. The installation process typically takes 1 to 2 hours if everything goes smoothly.
