Overcharged / Double Charged

If you have been charged twice for an invoice or service this is because you've created another "Automatic Recurring Payment Subscription". This means you accidentally created a 2nd payment subscription. Therefore you have to be careful when using "Automatic Recurring Payment Subscription" option. The fact is we can never overcharge you. The company which processes our payments "2CheckOut" does not provide your credit card information to vendors like us; upon payment, we transfer you to 2CheckOut's web site, you provide your credit card information directly to 2CheckOut, they process your transaction, and then you are redirected back to our web site.  As such, there is no way we could charge your account ourselves since we have no access to your credit card information.
 
 
This situation is simple to rectify. When we receive duplicate payments generated by your account, it is applied as an account credit. You should then cancel BOTH your payment subscriptions. Payment for future invoices will be taken out of your account credit. When your account credit runs out, you should re-create a payment Subscription or utilize our convenient one-off payment option in order to pay future invoices.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU THE EXCESS AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID DUE TO MAKING MULTIPLE PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTIONS BUT YOU CAN USE THE CREDIT TO PAY THE FUTURE INVOICES.
 
 
2Checkout Subscription Cancellations:
1. Go to https://www.2co.com/
2. You need to locate your payment information, this could be the 2Checkout order number, PayPal Invoice ID or the first six and last 2 digits of the card that was used to place the order.
3. Enter your email address you provided when placing the order.
4. At the bottom of the sale detail page, you can cancel the recurring subscription.
