To upload your static files to FTP folder, please open a ticket to Technical support and get your FTP credentials if not already provided with your Welcome Email. You should upload the files in public_html folder or if you have multiple domains/sub-domains, upload the files to domains/<domain_name>/public_html folder. The files you upload there will be accessible with the URL http://server_name<server_name><domain_name>/file_name. You can also access Apex with the URL http://<domain_name><server_name>server_name/apex
